Return Policy
For eligible items, IAM offers a voluntary 30-day return policy: you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused or unworn, with original tags and packaging intact, and you must provide proof of purchase. The exceptions below do not limit your statutory rights.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions, including the appropriate address, for sending your package.

Exceptions
Certain products, including perishable goods, customized or personalized items, and personal care products, are excluded from IAM’s voluntary 30-day return policy. Books printed on demand are excluded from voluntary 30-day returns for change of mind. If a book is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at contact@acceptmeiam.com, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the book and packaging to help us assess the issue. Reporting later or not having photos does not remove your statutory rights, including any applicable right of withdrawal.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

Return Shipping Fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and ask to cancel your purchase, without giving a reason. You can also contact us before delivery. To make a request, email contact@acceptmeiam.com. Legal exceptions may apply.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
