Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact, and you must provide proof of purchase.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.

Exceptions
Certain products cannot be returned, including perishable goods, customized or personalized items, and personal care products. Books printed on demand can only be returned in case of manufacturing defects or order errors within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

Return Shipping Fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the item is returned in the same condition as received.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
